I have the AIO velour in 9" and 11".

I got it from retailer in Malaysia, so I can't comment on customer service or shipping.

The 9" velour is very thin, I love it.
The 11" velour is lil' bit bulky, but I don't mind because it doesn't leak.

I love Fresh Moon because it's easy to clean and hold (almost) no stain. Dry fast too Smile
