Customer Service - I'm international, but I received my pads from her super quick. One was 10 odd pads in a custom order so her turnaround time is really quick. There's a yahoo group you can join which she updates when she lists:

Sometimes she's available for custom orders - if you're lucky! She's super accommodating and really lovely to buy from
Workmanship - Superb. I think that's why she has such a cult following with stalkers hanging out at her sites waiting for her to list (she's not really a quantity maker). Her fabrics are not organic, but they are really lux and colors match really well - down to the snap colors! Also, really really well sewn. The ones that I have used still look fairly new.
Comfort & Fit - pads are trim and compactly sewn - more than absorbent enough for me on all my days, but I'm not a terribly heavy bleeder. Great shape for me and I like how the back of the pads flare out a little (esp since I am usually sitting on my butt all day).
Look - GORGEOUS looking. I mean seriously, these are pads women lust over because of the way they look.
Durability - There wasn't any shrinkage or warpage of the pad. The top flannel layer can get 'fluffy' but that's only expected. No fraying or stitches coming undone.
Value for money - More than fair value for money. She deserves every $ she charges for these pads.
