Customer Service - Back when I bought them a year ago, shipping was super quick. I think ordering might be a problem now as both the WAHMs behind the brand popped out sprogs at the same time.

Workmanship - Very very well made. Some obvious research went into the fabric types they used for the inners, PULs and tops.

Comfort & Fit - There are a few different types. I'm not overly fond of the fully organic range because of the thickness of the material which is really overdoing it for me for absorbency (they use organic velour) - also I live in the tropics so just looking at them tends to make me feel hot.

The 'normal' range is fantastic though. The tops are really good at wicking the blood away and keeping you feeling dry. I find they fit really well and are super soft. They don't feel bunchy to me at all. My sister (who bleeds much heavier than me) adores these pads, she keeps nicking more from my shop stash.

Look - They're brightly colored and the color coordination is great - even the snaps are different colors. Not as 'pretty' as some of the other WAHM pads, but I think they chose functionality (for bleeders ! LOL) over looks.

Durability - My sister has used hers (non-organic maxis) in heavy rotation (sometimes the same pad twice a month) for the last couple of years and they STILL look brand new. And she's not that fussy on the cleaning thing. She said one reason she likes them so much is because they don't seem to stain at all.

Value for money - These pads are totally worth it if you're a heavy bleeder.

I have several of the Cyclez Naturalz (organic velour topped w/ wool backing.) Customer service is GREAT! Shipping is fast & included in the price of the pad. They are extremely well-sewn and the hand-dyed ones are beautiful! They wash very well & I don't have any stains at all. I rated them a 4 instead of 5 for two reasons: 1) the pads only come in 8" or 11" and I prefer 9-10 inch pads, and 2) I wish there were two snap options in order to make the pads a little more narrow in the middle. That being said, these are GREAT pads and I do highly recommend them!
